Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to oversee warehouse administration tasks with a focus on ensuring operational excellence and delivering high-quality service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing D365 programs and reports, taking appropriate action based on findings.
  • Collaborating with freight providers, customer service teams, vendors, and other external stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize service performance.
  • Addressing purchase order exceptions to prevent workflow disruptions.
  • Analyzing and following up on daily warehouse operations to ensure completion of workload.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance business efficiency and allocate resources effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
