Animal Hospital Receptionist

About Your Qualifications And Skills:- At least 2 years' experience in a reception or customer service role.
- Strong ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively communicate with clients.
- Excellent computer literacy skills, especially with appointment entries and invoicing.
- Effective time management, attention to detail, and professional phone manner are essential for this position.
- Friendly, warm, and strong interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our hospital by providing administrative support.
