Animal Care Service Specialist

Our animal referral hospital is committed to delivering exceptional veterinary services with compassion and expertise. We are dedicated to providing the highest standards of care for pets, and we need a friendly and organised representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients and their pets, booking appointments, invoicing, and taking payments. They will also handle email enquiries, liaise with referring vets, and manage data entry.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming clients and their pets to the hospital
- Booking and managing appointments
- Invoicing and taking payments
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Processing payments on finance platforms
- Data entry and requesting documents from referring vets and clients
- Managing email enquiries
- Liaising with referring vets
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception/customer service role
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy times or emergency situations
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Experience with appointment entries, invoicing, and taking payments
- Ability to manage your time effectively
- Amazing attention to detail
- Friendly, warm and professional phone manner
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
