Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing financial support to project managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify project setups to guarantee accurate invoicing requirements
  • Monitor project financials to provide project managers with real-time visibility of project health
  • Utilize tools such as Business Central, Power BI, and Excel to track and report on project progress
  • Manage project invoicing in accordance with contract terms
  • Support day-to-day AP/AR and data entry tasks

Requirements:

  • Certificate-level qualification in finance or relevant experience
  • A background in bookkeeping, accounts payable or receivable — ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Solid Excel skills and an interest in learning ERP systems
