Project Financial Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-focused professional with hands-on experience in AP/AR to support project financials, contracts, reporting and delivery.
About the Role- Ensure accurate invoicing capture from the start of each project
- Provide real-time visibility into project financial health for timely decision-making
- Utilize tools like Business Central, Power BI and Excel to track and report on project progress
- Manage project invoicing in accordance with contract terms
- Support daily AP/AR and data entry tasks
- Certificate-level qualification in finance or relevant bookkeeping experience
- A background in accounting, accounts payable or receivable - preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and reliability
- Solid Excel skills and an interest in learning ERP systems
- Pursue a role that combines bookkeeping with the core of projects
- Gain exposure to contracts, proposals and project lifecycles
- Understand how financial management drives project success, not just reporting
