About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Growth Leader to drive commercial operations and lead our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the commercial team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement scalable operating systems to drive growth
  • Partner with the owner to execute strategic plans and drive business expansion
  • Manage finances, accounts, cash flow, budgeting, and reporting
  • Drive business improvement through process optimization, pricing strategies, and cost reduction
  • Oversee property, facilities, major capital expenditures, and special projects
  • Identify and pursue acquisition opportunities to drive growth

Requirements:
  • Experience in medium-sized private businesses or private equity-backed companies
  • Strong commercial experience, including contract negotiation and management
  • Proven track record in technology transformation programs and manufacturing automation
  • Experience in M&A transactions, including negotiation, diligence, and integration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
