Job Summary

A skilled Dynamic Solutions Consultant will partner with the technology function to deliver business outcomes using Dynamics 365.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders;
  • Develop comprehensive business cases, user stories, and functional specifications that are accurate and current;
  • Manage and coordinate UAT ensuring gaps are closed and solutions meet acceptance criteria;
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose practical technology solutions;
  • Manage stakeholder interactions across multiple initiatives;
  • Provide thought leadership on best-practice ways to use technology to solve complex business problems.
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in Business Analysis with hands-on requirements definition and management;
  • Proven experience coordinating and managing UAT in business-engaged environments;
  • Strengths in communication, customer focus, resilience, and negotiation;
  • Track record delivering robust, continuous-improvement outcomes and managing risk appropriately;
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 is ideal.
