About Us:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers transform their homes with confidence and ease. You will:
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide expert product recommendations
  • Measure windows and spaces accurately for custom window furnishings
  • Prepare and present quotes based on customer requirements and preferences
  • Build strong relationships with customers through attentive service and follow-through
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely ordering and installation of products
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide up-to-date advice
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative and customer-focused approach
Experience and Qualifications
  • To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in sales, ideally in home décor, furnishings, or interior design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for helping customers find stylish and functional solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in measuring and quoting
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
