Job Description

As a Customer Experience Leader, you will shape the way ING's customers interact with the company. You will be responsible for leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive customer engagement and retention.

This is a 12-month parental leave cover position, requiring strong data fluency and experience in banking marketing. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborating on product launches, customer engagement efforts, and analytics-driven decision making.

Your key focus will be on customer acquisition, retention, and personalisation, leveraging segmentation to deliver impactful communications that align with ING's ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Manage external agencies and campaign budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality communications.
  • Drive customer segmentation and personalisation, tailoring messaging to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in financial services marketing with a solid understanding of retail banking and customer portfolio dynamics.
  2. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills, capable of leading integrated campaigns and managing cross-functional projects.
  3. Data-driven decision maker, fluent in customer analytics, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  5. Creative and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering engaging marketing communications.
