Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Medical Registrar to join our Endocrinology team in a challenging and unique environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work with Indigenous patients and improve knowledge and management of diabetes, which is prevalent in the local population. The hospital is a teaching institution affiliated with several universities, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

The medicine practiced here is complex, requiring effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple patients with diverse needs and provide high-quality care in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities include outpatient clinics, ward consults, and outreach clinics. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this role.

Our team includes General Physicians and Specialists, with dual training and multiple Trainees. We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development and growth.
