Disability Support Career Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a support worker. This role involves providing tailored support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community and social support to enhance the participant's well-being

• Transportation assistance to facilitate daily activities

• Domestic support to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment

• Personal care and medication administration with sensitivity and respect

Requirements:

• Access to a registered vehicle with insurance and a valid driver's license

• Ability to drive company vehicles (auto)

• Prior experience in Disability or Aged Care (advantageous)

• Medication charts documentation experience (advantageous)

• Compliance with policies, procedures, and core values

• Proficient English language skills (verbal and written)

Qualifications:

Previous experience, Cert III in Individual Support/Aged-Disability or equivalent (completed or enrolled), assist with medication training (advantageous)
