Support Worker Job Opportunity

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people who have disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals.

As a key member of our support team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting participants with their daily activities and NDIS goals
  • Helping individuals build a consistent routine by breaking down everyday tasks
  • Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Planning and participating in community-focused activities
  • Transporting clients to appointments and outings

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A legal right to work in Australia
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check

Desirable requirements include experience working with people who have disabilities and challenging behaviors, as well as First Aid & CPR certification.
