About the Role:- This is a part-time role, requiring up to 30 hours per week on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday.
- You will work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and cook food to a high standard, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel industry, and relevant trade qualifications. You will also need to have excellent technical knowledge, with experience in a variety of cooking techniques, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Fully working rights in Australia are required for this role.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Relevant trade qualifications and Food Safety qualification.
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques.
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Fully working rights in Australia.
