We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our culinary team as a Culinary Team Member. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

About the Role:
  • This is a part-time role, requiring up to 30 hours per week on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday.
  • You will work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and cook food to a high standard, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel industry, and relevant trade qualifications. You will also need to have excellent technical knowledge, with experience in a variety of cooking techniques, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Fully working rights in Australia are required for this role.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel industry.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and Food Safety qualification.
  • Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques.
  • Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
  • Fully working rights in Australia.
