Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Permit Coordinator to join our team at Kwinana.

Key Details:

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Permit To Work (PTW) process is managed and controlled. This includes:

  • Maintaining permit registers to track and record permits issued, their work area, work scope and other details.
  • Reviewing new permit requests against current issued permits to identify any conflicts or issues.
  • Managing lock boxes associated with isolation permits.
  • Ensuring permits are completed correctly and clearly identify scope of work and location.
  • Conducting regular inspections of work areas to ensure correct isolations are in place.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to the permit to work system.
Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

  • Experience as a Permit Coordinator in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
