Job Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Permit To Work Specialist to join our team. As a Permit To Work Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Environmental policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all work activities are conducted in accordance with established safety protocols and regulations.
- PTW System Administration: Administer and coordinate the Permit To Work (PTW) system during commissioning and steady-state operations phases.
- Inspection and Verification: Conduct regular site inspections and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with the Permit Acceptor to ensure conflicting permits are not issued.
- Documentation and Reporting: Draft and approve isolation registration sheets and report non-compliance or incidents immediately.
- Training and Development: Facilitate and participate in PTW audits and assist the Construction team as required by the Commissioning Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Commissioning Experience: Minimum 10 years of commissioning experience and exposure.
- Trade-Based Qualification: Relevant trade-based qualification and Permit To Work experience.
