Warehouse Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Asahi Beverages. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse, including receiving and dispatching spare parts and equipment, overseeing inventory, and managing the ordering and storage of stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Conduct daily warehouse operations, including receiving and dispatching spare parts and equipment, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage the ordering and storage of stock, and ensure that stock is available at optimal levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the thorough inspection of equipment on arrival for any damages and accurately update relevant systems.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, stock movements, and other relevant data.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the field service team to foster a safe and efficient workspace, and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
About You:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Coordinator who possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Warehousing role.
  • Experience with both operational and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP experience.
  • A current Forklift License.
