Warehouse Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team at MAYDAY Recruitment Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing inventory to shipping and delivering products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound deliveries and shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Document all shipments in accordance with our quality system and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Conduct quality control checks to evaluate the quality of goods received and dispatched, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Pick and pack orders, ensuring packaging is of high quality.
  • Scan and organize inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Process orders, shipments, and dispatches accurately and efficiently, adhering to established protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain reports for all warehousing processes and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and energy to grow your career.
