About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Insights Specialist, where you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.

You will work closely with our squads to analyze large datasets, create visualizations, and develop recommendations to inform business decisions.

Your analysis will focus on understanding member behavior, partner engagement, and program construct to drive business value and support squad OKRs.

  • Develop advanced SQL and Python skills to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of program changes.
  • Use statistical methodologies, segmentation, and targeting to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear, concise storytelling.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in an insights analytics role or equivalent.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Familiarity with experiment design and analysis.
  • A strong understanding of key analytical concepts, including statistical methodology, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Experience in proactively scoping, executing, and communicating sophisticated data discovery and analyses.
