Product Development Manager Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product range to ensure it remains market leading. This involves working closely with suppliers and customers to drive high-quality products and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Manager in building materials
  • Tertiary degree in engineering, material science or other relevant field
  • Broad experience outside of technical roles (e.g. sales or commercial)
  • Able to learn new products or markets quickly
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and codes
