Job Opportunity

A leading organization is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead a transformative finance initiative. This complex project will span multiple departments and involve the selection of vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a greenfield finance transformation across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership in vendor selection as part of the program.
  • Build and lead integrated, cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, influencing, and decision-making.
  • Deliver technology rollout and process re-engineering in a structured, hands-on manner.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 8+ years' experience in IT/business change/project delivery at a strategic level in large corporates.
  • 7+ years' experience managing complex, multi-vendor delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering at least one EPM solution; experience across multiple platforms preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage hybrid working arrangements and quickly adapt in critical situations.
  • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams; strong senior stakeholder engagement, influencing, and decision-making capabilities.
Working Arrangements

The role will be part of a larger transformation spanning over 5 years. A hybrid working arrangement will be implemented, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. You will work closely with senior leadership and build a team from scratch.
