About the Role:

">

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our finance consulting practice, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of finance by guiding CFOs through their most complex challenges.

  • Work with CFOs and their teams to design and implement transformation initiatives across Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Finance Operations.
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking Finance Strategies and Target Operating Models, including Global Business Services.
  • Enable Finance to evolve into a Strategic Business Partner by establishing an insight-led advisory function and delivering actionable recommendations to support business outcomes.
  • Implement Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to drive process excellence and finance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enhance Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to help clients understand drivers of business performance, accelerate decision-making, and unlock growth.
">Key Requirements:">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience delivering transformation projects in the Finance function, including Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A).
  • Advisory experience with key Finance technologies and automation tools (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Oracle, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in emerging Future of Finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance.
  • An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred. Finance qualifications (e.g. CPA Australia, CA ANZ, CIMA) are highly regarded.
