Nexon Asia Pacific is seeking a highly skilled Senior Onsite Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney or Newcastle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing onsite technical assistance, managing escalations, and supporting internal support teams. This is a permanent onsite role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage escalations and provide onsite technical assistance
- Assist and resolve incidents raised by staff and internal support teams
- Support by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical issues
- Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to the internal support teams
- Assist with delivering key solutions and occasionally project tasks
- Documentation of support processes and issue resolutions
- Dedicated Onsite Support
About You:
We are looking for an individual with over 5 years' technical experience in an IT environment, proficient in Microsoft environments including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, and skilled in Microsoft Office 365 / SCCM / Intune. Experience in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory management, Group Policy administration, and PowerShell is also desirable.
A strong sense of ownership, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for this role.
