Your Role
  • Oversee Front of House operations during service, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Support and encourage the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issues professionally.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficient service.
  • Manage cash register transactions, POS systems, and closing tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with staff training.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid Front of House experience in a restaurant or café setting.
  • Supervisory experience or a willingness to take on more responsibility.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to motivate the team.
  • Comfortable dealing with customers and resolving issues calmly.
  • Well-presented and detail-focused individual.
  • Able to multitask and remain calm during busy periods.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling (an asset).
  • Passion for food and exceptional hospitality.
