We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of ANUM – Scrub/Scout. This position offers an opportunity for professional growth and development within a supportive management team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. They will also have experience in scrubbing/ scouting and be familiar with robotics. A current registration with AHPRA and working with children's check are mandatory requirements.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to join our organisation and take on a challenging yet rewarding position. The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating a learning culture, maintaining professional relationships with VMO partners, and providing clinical operational direction. They will also be accountable for daily resource management, coordinating quality improvement initiatives, and undertaking direct patient care as required.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to staff.
- Coordinate evidence-based nursing care and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage human, financial, and material resources efficiently.
- Undertake clinical audits and implement quality improvement initiatives.

- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- Working with Children's check.
- Experience in scrubbing/scouting and robotics.
