About the Job:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be working closely with customers over email support channels.

Your role will involve helping customers set up fundraising campaigns, troubleshooting issues, tweaking page designs using CSS, and creating helpful documentation for customers to find and use.

You will play a pivotal role in improving our platform by regularly bringing customer feedback into our product roadmap and partnering with our engineering team as new features are built.

We're on a mission to create a unified cloud platform for nonprofits. We empower nonprofits to connect with supporters, build impactful fundraising campaigns, and drive contributions to meaningful causes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reply to questions in our support queue and expertly guide customers as they create their fundraising campaigns.
  • Complete full reviews of campaigns before they go live, spotting little errors and opportunities to improve.
  • Take part in company-wide meetings and team bonding activities.
  • Workshop new features with your peers, analyzing customer feedback and presenting it clearly in a feature pitch.
  • Solve issues reported by our users, log bugs, and follow up with the engineering team to fix them quickly.
