Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented marketing professional to lead our community marketing efforts in Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to build relationships with athletes, event organizers, and influencers, creating engaging content for social media, and developing strategic plans to activate our community in person.

The ideal candidate will be a leader who loves to influence and inspire others, with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that align with our company initiatives, as well as collaborating with our creative and digital teams to bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a Community: Spend 4-5 days a week engaging with the community, creating opportunities to activate the community in person, and capturing content for social media at a store and regional level.
  • Develop a Team of Leaders: Support the retail teams to build a world-class street team that embodies our values and shares them with their local communities.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate external events, categorizing them into Street, Brand, and Charity disciplines, aligning back to our company annual brand campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns that engage and inspire our communities, collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
