Collaborate Against Cancer is working across multiple sectors to accelerate cancer research and improve prevention, detection, and treatment by removing barriers and rewarding collaboration.

**About the Role**

The Principal Campaign Manager for Anti-Vaping is the driving force behind this pivotal and high-profile initiative in the Collaborate Against Cancer portfolio. Responsible for developing the overall campaign strategy and managing the scope end to end, this is a diverse, high-paced role with opportunity to influence real change in cancer prevention.

Responsibilities include:

- Leadership and management across every element of the campaign, from advertising and direct marketing to government relations strategy and policy framework.
- Managing agency partner relationships with accountability across budgets, timeframes and campaign effectiveness to leverage the greatest impact.
- Driving clarity from initial kick-off meetings and agency briefings through to stakeholder briefs, agency reviews and de-briefs.
- Working closely with the Collaborate Against Cancer team and Minderoo Foundation shared services to utilise relevant expertise and skills.
- Supervising execution, monitoring and measurement of anti-vaping campaign, utilising data and feedback from monitoring and evaluation teams to drive improvements.
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing talent to leverage successful marketing campaigns from trade show organisation to promotional events, copy writing and graphic design.
- Regular reporting of campaign performance and results

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Demonstrated success in leading and/or managing multi-million-dollar public and policy campaigns
- The ability to inspire, challenge the norm and not accept the status quo
- Leadership and people management qualities to build empowered and cross-functional collaborative teams, eliminating conflict
- A forward thinking, analytical approach with the foresight to mitigate risks
- Comprehensive stakeholder management expertise, maximizing collaboration. transparency and accountability across both internal and external stakeholder groups
- Extensive experience in digital, content and social media marketing as well as communication
- Passion for driving continuous improvement through collaboration and campaign evaluation
- Proven budget management abilities on large scale advertising campaigns
- Ideally experience within public health and/or tobacco control
