Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to manage all supply chain activities. This role involves planning, purchasing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a short-term production schedule that integrates sales forecasts, plant capability, inventory holdings, raw material supply, and maintenance requirements.
  • Work with the Engineering Manager to plan schedule maintenance.
  • Review the daily delivery schedule report and notify relevant parties about late deliveries.
  • Monitor production output, inventory, customer orders / forecasts, material supplies, and trends to ensure all customers' requirements are met.
  • Attend regular Resin Forecast reviews with the Divisional Supply Chain Manager.
  • Create new product codes and maintain accurate BOMs & Routes for the planning system.
  • Maintain Manufacturing Orders from creation to completion – Job costing process.
  • Lead site inventory stocktake schedules.
  • Create Purchase Orders based on MRP requirements (daily).
  • Track & follow up on POs imminently due & overdue (both imported and local – daily).
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and manage load schedules for inbound and outbound shipments.
Requirements:
  • Depth of experience in a Planning senior role within a 24/5 manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge in ERP systems SAP preferably.
  • High computer skills in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Emails.
  • Personal drive and results-orientation.
  • Ability to work outside standard hours when required.
  • Visible belief and demonstrated leadership in a Zero Harm culture.
  • Ability to remain resilient, calm, and composed when under pressure.
