Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our warehousing and supply planning operations. This is a leadership role focused on driving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and operational excellence.


The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with our business goals. This includes overseeing demand planning, inventory management, and supply planning to ensure product availability.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver results and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Implement best-practice supply chain methodologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the financial management of the supply chain to drive strategic growth and profitability.


Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or an MBA.
  • Significant supply chain management experience, ideally in a high SKU environment.
  • Proficiency in lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering efficiency improvements and measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and commercial reporting skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience working with ERP systems—Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
