We are currently seeking a Customer Engagement Officer to join our team at the Warragamba Dam Visitor Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service and support the day-to-day operation of the visitor centre.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure the safety of people at all times by following safe behaviour practices.
- Provide quality customer service and facilitate visitor engagement in learning opportunities, assisting visitors to interpret exhibitions, displays and publications.
- Deliver informal talks with individuals and groups from diverse age ranges and cultural backgrounds.

**Requirements:**

- Current Driver's Licence
- First aid certificate or willing to attain one
- NSW Working with children check or willing to attain one
- Experience in interacting and engaging with the community in a customer service or education environment
- High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
