Administrative Support Officer for Examinations

As an Examination Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our examinations process. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality education outcomes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the examination team, including preparing and dispatching examination materials, responding to candidate queries, and maintaining accurate records.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to customer service. If you are passionate about education and have a desire to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
This is a part-time position, working up to 12 months. The salary package includes 12% employer contributed superannuation and access to generous leave entitlements. We also offer professional development opportunities and study leave/assistance to help you grow your skills and career.
