The Roles We Are Hiring For
  • Administration Assistant - Level 2: Assist in administrative tasks, provide support to examination teams, and maintain accurate records.
  • Examination Support Officer - Level 3: Coordinate examinations, provide logistical support, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Data Support Officer - Level 3: Manage data, perform data analysis, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Helpdesk and Support Officer - Level 3: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient customer service.
  • ICT Operations Officer - Level 3: Manage ICT systems, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure system uptime.
  • Computer Operations Officer - Level 4: Oversee computer operations, manage resources, and optimize system performance.
  • Program Analyst - Level 4: Develop programs, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve processes.
  • Senior Consultant – Examinations (Written) - Level 6: Lead examination development, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Senior Consultant - Examinations - Level 6: Conduct needs analyses, develop examination materials, and provide guidance to junior staff.
  • Principal Consultant – Practical Examinations - Level 7: Oversee practical examination development, manage budgets, and ensure effective delivery.
  • Principal Consultant – Written Examinations - Level 7: Lead written examination development, coordinate with experts, and ensure high-quality output.
