We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Ambassador to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming experience for our tenants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Front-of-House Activities: Greet visitors and tenants in a professional and courteous manner, register visitors, answer and direct calls, and provide administrative support as needed.
- Facilities Management: Respond to Tenant Service Requests, request building and housekeeping services as needed, and inspect common areas and amenities to ensure good operating condition.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, coordinate customer experience initiatives, events, and online content for our Host building app, and book amenities and retail support & promotions.
- Experience: Ideally possess previous Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form genuine rapport and meaningful relationships.
- Problem Solving: Superior problem-solving and customer service skills with a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience.
- Adaptability: Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to work independently.
- Technical Skills: Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, handheld mobile technologies, and applications.
