Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Care Leader to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of care specialists to deliver effective member outcomes. This is a permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of care specialists
- Provide subject matter expertise on complex and escalated enquiries
- Resolve complaints allocated by the internal dispute resolution team
- Facilitate debrief sessions to support team wellbeing and psychological safety
- Communicate empathetically and professionally with members and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in superannuation or similar industry
- Proven background in dispute resolution and handling complex customer enquiries
- Strong understanding of RG271 complaints legislation
- Leadership experience in building high-performing teams
