Key Responsibilities:- Administer configuration changes and enhancements in the media asset management system.
- Analyse and streamline video and audio asset workflows to improve efficiency.
- Provide analytics on asset usage, performance, and trends.
- Implement access controls to restrict asset access based on user roles and permissions.
- Review and validate asset quality, resolution, and format consistency.
- Manage assets from creation to expiration or retirement.
- Create and manage metadata structure for accurate asset categorization.
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to manage/integrate MAM systems with external video content delivery platforms.
- Train users on MAM tools and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure proper versioning of assets if applicable.
- Experience operating asset management platforms (MAM/DAM/PAM).
- Experience with video and audio – at the commercial level.
- Practical experience with digital asset lifecycle management.
- Experience with content metadata management – entity extraction, sentiment analysis, classification.
- Creating and maintaining accessible technical documentation.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication, and documentation skills.
- Experienced in reporting and analytics.
