Job Summary

The role of Technology Officer is a critical position within our organization, responsible for providing timely support to clients by conducting thorough investigations and diagnosis of incidents.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Investigation and Diagnosis: The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and diagnosing incidents in a timely manner, ensuring that agreed service levels are maintained.

  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, gathering relevant information and data as required.
  • Diagnose the root cause of incidents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

ICT Support: The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and/or experience in the management, configuration, monitoring and implementation of ICT environments.

  • Deliver high quality customer-focused ICT support to clients, with an emphasis on managing workloads and prioritizing tasks.
  • Utilize working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge and/or experience in the management, configuration, monitoring and implementation of ICT environments in the End User Computing technical domain.
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer-focused ICT support to clients, with an emphasis on managing workloads and prioritizing tasks.
  • Interpersonal skills and personal qualities that facilitate the development of good working relationships and enhance the provision of quality client service in a team environment.
  • Sound oral and written communication skills to assist with the creation and/or maintenance of system documentation and work instructions.
  • Experience or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management processes.

Additional Requirements:

  • Participating in on-call arrangements may be a requirement of this position.
  • Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.
  • Reasonable travel as negotiated may be a requirement of this position.
  • An open 'C' class driver's licence is desirable.
