Job Summary

This role supports the delivery of our enterprise-wide risk and resilience framework. It involves operational, administrative, and reporting support to drive continuous improvement across resilience, risk, and insurance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy in the enterprise risk register and maintain ownership across business units.
  • Contribute to awareness campaigns, intranet content, and other communication initiatives that build a strong risk and resilience culture.
  • Support scheduling, coordination, and facilitation of risk workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for governance forums.
  • Coordinate insurance-related administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in risk management, insurance, governance, or business continuity.
  • Familiarity with risk management systems and insurance processes.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and support stakeholder needs.
  • Strong written communication skills for reporting, minute-taking, and risk documentation.
