The role of Risk and Corporate Insurance Analyst is pivotal in strengthening our risk culture and insurance strategy.

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Group Risk Manager in delivering enterprise risk initiatives, managing insurance programs, and driving compliance across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate risk workshops, ERM system updates, and reporting to ensure effective risk management.
  • Lead the rollout of the Enterprise Risk Management platform (Archer) to enhance risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage insurance queries, claims, certificates, and data collation to optimize coverage and minimize risks.
  • Support crisis and incident management processes to maintain business continuity and resilience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless coverage and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years' experience in risk, insurance, finance, or accounting.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with sound decision-making and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Understanding of corporate insurance products and risk frameworks to drive informed decisions.
