About this Role

This is a key position within our organization, supporting the Group Risk Manager in driving enterprise risk initiatives and ensuring compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate risk workshops and reporting to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of our Enterprise Risk Management platform, enhancing data collation and analytical capabilities.
  • Manage insurance queries, claims, certificates, and data management.
  • Support crisis and incident management processes to minimize disruption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain coverage and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in risk, insurance, finance, or accounting, with 1–5 years' tenure.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Self-motivated individual with sound decision-making abilities and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with corporate insurance products and risk frameworks.
