Job Title: Enterprise Risk and Insurance Professional

About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in strengthening our risk culture and insurance strategy by implementing enterprise risk initiatives, managing insurance programs, and driving compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate risk workshops, ERM system updates, and reporting to ensure seamless execution of risk management strategies.
  • Lead the rollout of the Enterprise Risk Management platform (Archer) to enhance risk visibility and control.
  • Manage insurance queries, claims, certificates, and data collation to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Support crisis and incident management processes to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure coverage and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 1–5 years' experience in risk, insurance, finance, or accounting with a proven track record of success.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field with a strong academic background.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated with sound decision-making and stakeholder engagement abilities to navigate complex business environments.
  • Understanding of corporate insurance products and risk frameworks to develop effective risk management strategies.
