The Quality Assurance Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of reports produced by consultants. This individual will provide technical advice to teams, coordinate business administration support, and prioritize workflow based on availability and urgency.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong self-motivation, leadership skills, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience in driving quality assurance programs, coordinating customer-focused administrative support, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Review medico-legal reports for compliance with quality frameworks, regulations, and legislation.
- Undertake quality assurance of reports, AMS forms, and assessments to ensure they meet specific customer and/or legislative specifications, standards, and processes.
- Identify inaccurate, deficient, or incomplete reports and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support consultant, team member training sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize workflow based on availability, requests, and urgency.
- Experience in medical, allied health, and/or personal injury industry.
- Experience in driving quality assurance programs.
- Understanding of case management practices related to independent medical reports is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
