About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our team at the Medicare Mental Health Centre in Wagga Wagga. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with consumers and their families to identify support needs, develop care plans, and provide high-quality biopsychosocial assessment and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine care needs and develop collaborative care plans
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic supports to consumers
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to maximize care outcomes for consumers
  • Engage with consumers and their families to promote holistic care and support

Requirements

  • Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, Mental Health Nurse, or occupational therapist
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with consumers and their families to undertake assessment and provide care coordination and referral support
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in providing holistic, evidence-based therapeutic supports
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
