About the RoleThe Mental Health Clinician is a key position within our LikeMind service, responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals aged 18-65. This role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
- Participate in quality assurance and clinical review processes
- Attend business and professional development meetings to enhance skills and knowledge
- General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker
- Experience in clinical mental health assessment and intervention
- Strong judgment and evaluation skills, with a working understanding of assessment and care planning
- Knowledge of public, non-government, and private mental health systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical records
- Commitment to duty of care, confidentiality, and privacy
- Paying on HPSS Level 3+ (above award payment for highly experienced clinicians) plus Super
