About the Role

The Mental Health Clinician is a key position within our LikeMind service, responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals aged 18-65. This role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and provide ongoing support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in quality assurance and clinical review processes
  • Attend business and professional development meetings to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker
  • Experience in clinical mental health assessment and intervention
  • Strong judgment and evaluation skills, with a working understanding of assessment and care planning
  • Knowledge of public, non-government, and private mental health systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate clinical records
  • Commitment to duty of care, confidentiality, and privacy
