Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Apparel Coordinator to deliver high-quality merchandise and apparel.

  • This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager on 'gift with purchase' and apparel development.
  • Key responsibilities include reporting weekly on apparel and merchandise movements and coordinating new product launches.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Marketing Manager on gift with purchase and apparel development.
  2. Report weekly on apparel and merchandise movements and bring new ideas to improve the apparel line.
  3. Oversee the NPD calendar and coordinate gifts with purchase and/or merchandise for new product launches.
  4. Collaborate with creative designers on the look and feel of all gifts with purchase and merchandise.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience dealing with offshore production factories.
  • Extensive problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sound knowledge of the fashion and fabric industry, graphic design, colours, fabrics, trim, and fit.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative (Illustrator and In-Design) and intermediate skills in Excel.
