Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Merchandise Coordinator to manage product records, master files, product codes, and SKUs. This role involves maintaining accurate product information, ensuring efficient supply pipeline management, and supporting stores with stock receptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product maintenance, including price lists
  • Order management, allocations, and replenishments
  • Arrange stock consolidation to maximize stock utilization
  • Manage uniform allocation and delivery
  • Assist with stock takes, make necessary adjustments, and issue reports
  • Update and maintain inventory databases and assist stores with POS queries and technical support
  • Support stores with stock receptions

Logistics:

  • Oversight of prioritized deliveries into the warehouse and stores for efficient supply pipeline management
  • Creation of packing lists for warehouse-to-store product pick-up, packaging, and labeling

Planning & Forecasting:

  • Collation of reports and forecasts with Merchandiser
  • Development of promotion plans to drive sales in underperforming categories
  • Maintenance of competitor pricing and trends, including international markets
  • Collection of collection feedback from stores
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports to analyze size/class/collection performance
  • End-of-month, end-of-season, and end-of-financial-year report preparation

Retail Support & Brand Manager Support:

  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure VM meets product and performance requirements
  • General store inquiries assistance
