Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing product flow and stock accuracy.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of stock, including checking off incoming deliveries and processing outgoing stock transfers. You will also maintain effective merchandising, planning, and implementation of floor changes, adapting to store layout as required.

You will partner with the Store Manager to analyze category sales results, identify core lines, and plan changes where required. Additionally, you will take a lead role in maintaining and coaching the team in visual merchandising standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Affinity with our brand and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment preferably within apparel retail.
  • Previous experience with merchandise management, stock control, and inventory in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills and a keen attention to detail.
