Job Title: Aboriginal Palliative Care Coordinator

The Aboriginal Palliative Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring culturally appropriate end of life and palliative care for Indigenous Australians. This involves collaborating with clinicians, community-based service providers, and patient families to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of culturally safe and competent care for Aboriginal patients.
