Lifecycle Marketing Role

We're seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in executing B2B direct marketing campaigns across various channels.

You will be responsible for building and delivering end-to-end omni-channel campaigns from content creation through to execution in our marketing platform. This includes developing customer journeys, campaign workflows, audience targeting, and content personalisation.

  • Create and brief content for direct marketing activations, including hands-on copywriting and campaign asset build-out.
  • Activate and manage point-based offers within our loyalty platform, ensuring seamless integration with other member benefits.
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements for future lifecycle marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
