We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager (APAC) to join our Melbourne team.

This role is responsible for helping to plan, implement, manage, and evaluate Movember's year-round local income and impact marketing efforts in the APAC region. This is achieved through:

  1. Performance focus- Drive relevance, reach, engagement, and audience growth against KPIs.
  2. Campaign Management - Plan, brief, project manage, and deliver impact and income marketing campaigns, including leading integrated local campaigns and managing localized global campaigns.
  3. Year-round integration - Manage integration of owned, earned, and paid marketing activities, including briefing and managing creative and content requirements, creating assets in Canva, and collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
  4. Paid Media - Plan and implement paid media campaigns, manage partnerships, and work with external media agencies.
  5. Communications & Project Management - Develop campaign messaging, manage communications, and oversee marketing projects with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Partnerships - Collaborate internally and externally to develop strategic marketing partnerships.
  7. Fundraising - Support fundraising initiatives and community tactics in collaboration with the fundraising team.
  8. Brand - Act as a local brand champion, guiding teams and producing assets in Canva.
  9. Performance & Reporting - Manage local campaign reporting, support global reporting, and track performance against KPIs.

For this role, you'll need:

  1. 5+ years in marketing roles; experience in agency or brand environments.
  2. Resourceful, critical thinker with strong prioritization skills.
  3. Creative and strategic thinking capabilities.
  4. Understanding of content types and marketing channels.
  5. Excellent communication skills and briefing abilities.
  6. Self-organized, detail-oriented, and timely in task delivery.
  7. Outcome-focused mindset.

Desirable:

  1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar.
  2. Interest in market trends and external landscape.
  3. Experience in partnerships, impact, or fundraising marketing.
