We are seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager (APAC) to join our Melbourne team.
Responsibilities- Performance focus - Drive year-round relevance, reach, engagement, and audience growth against KPIs
- Campaign Management - Plan, brief, project manage and deliver inspiring impact and income marketing campaigns; lead integrated local marketing campaigns and manage localised integrated global campaigns
- Year-round integration - Manage integration of owned, earned and paid year-round marketing activity; brief and manage local creative and content marketing requirements; create self-serve assets in Canva as required; collaborate with Head of Marketing Campaigns, PR & Comms Manager, Social Media Manager, Content Manager, 1:1 Automation Manager, in-house Creative Studio Team, global Marketing & Communications team, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Paid Media - Plan and implement paid media campaigns including the local Movember campaign, working with key stakeholders and external media agency; build and manage the marketing/media partnership portfolio
- Communications & Project Management - Develop campaign messaging; brief storytelling narratives; manage internal marketing communications and a diverse range of stakeholders
- Partnerships - Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver strategic, integrated marketing partnerships
- Fundraising - Provide marketing support to the fundraising team and partner on fundraising and community tactics to support the Movember campaign
- Brand - Act as a local brand champion, guide country teams on brand integrity, and produce self-serve assets in Canva
- Performance & Reporting - Manage local campaign reporting and support global reporting processes; include post‑campaign reporting and tracking YOY performance against KPIs
- 5 years' experience in contemporary marketing roles; more than two years' experience in a busy agency or brand environment
- Resourceful critical thinker with strong prioritisation and forward-planning abilities
- Creative thinking capabilities; understands how to develop integrated campaigns and optimise the supporter journey
- Strong understanding of different content types and the role of content and creative across multiple marketing channels
- Excellent visual, oral and written communication skills, including briefing capabilities
- Self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to deliver tasks on time and on brief
- Thinks outcomes and objectives first
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
- Interest in external landscape and future trends (marketing, tech, market)
- Partnerships marketing experience
- Impact and/or fundraising marketing experience
